1. Eligibility:

The Wander Your Way Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico (the “Territory”) who are 28 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary to enter the Promotion. Employees of Travel + Leisure Resort Development, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Brandmovers, Inc. ("Administrator”), and each of their respective parents, members, partners, affiliates, divisions and subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, managers, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties”), and any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Promotion and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Promotion Overview:

This Promotion consists of a sweepstakes where one (1) Monthly Prize (defined in Rule #5) will be awarded via a series of random drawings to be conducted following the end of each Monthly Entry Period (defined in Rule #3); one (1) overall Grand Prize (defined in Rule #5) will be awarded via a random drawing to be conducted at the end of the Promotion Period (the “Sweepstakes”); and a monthly instant win where 250 Instant Win Prizes (as defined in Rule #5) will be available to be won each month during the sweepstakes period (the “Instant Win Game”).

3. Promotion Period:

The Promotion will begin at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 28, 2026, and ends on April 30, 2027, at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period"). The Promotion Period will be broken out into 6 separate monthly periods (each, a “Monthly Period”), as indicated in the Monthly Entry Periods Chart below, and one (1) Grand Prize period that coincides with the Promotion Period.

4. How to Participate.

There are three (3) ways to participate in the Promotion: (A) the Instant Win Game method of entry, (B) the Sweepstakes-Only method of entry, and/or (C) the Alternative method of entry as described below:

A. Instant Win Game Method: To play the Instant Win Game method of entry, eligible entrants can visit https://getaways.clubwyndham.com/sweepstakes-2027/instant-win (“Instant Win Website”). Once at the Website, upon beginning to fill out an entry form, each entrant must first register on the Instant Win Website as a condition of entering by providing their mobile phone number for verification purposes. A verification SMS text will be sent to the mobile phone number provided, and entrant must verify their mobile phone number (“Phone Number Verification”) by following the prompts in the text message before they are able to move forward with playing the Instant Win Game. Then, to play the Instant Win Game, entrants must complete and submit the entry form on the Instant Win Website (each time the entry form is submitted, that constitutes a “Play”). Upon submitting a Play, the entrant will also automatically receive one (1) entry into the Monthly Period’s random drawing (based on the date the Play is submitted), and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize random drawing, simultaneously. Upon submitting the Play, the entrant will instantly receive a message on-screen telling them if they are an Instant Win Prize winner. If the entrant receives a message on-screen stating they are a winner, they are the winner of the Instant Win Prize, subject to verification (as indicated in Official Rule #6 below). If the entrant receives a message that they are not an Instant Win Prize winner, the entrant will automatically receive five (5) extra entries into that Monthly Period’s random drawing (“Extra Entries”). Extra Entries are only awarded on non-winning Plays. Entries must be received by the 11:59:59 PM ET on the last day of each Monthly Period in order to be entered into that Monthly Period’s random drawing, or by 11:59:59 PM ET on April 30, 2027, to be entered into the final Monthly Period’s and the Grand Prize random drawing.

Limit two (2) Plays/entries, and ten (10) Extra Entries, per person/entrant via the Instant Win + Sweepstakes method of entry per Monthly Period .

B. Sweepstakes-Only Method: To enter via the Sweepstakes-Only method of entry, during each Monthly Period, eligible entrants can visit https://getaways.clubwyndham.com/sweepstakes-2027/grand-prize (“Sweepstakes-Only Website”) and upon beginning to fill out an entry form, the entrant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Monthly Period’s random drawing (based on the date the Play is submitted by Sponsor on behalf of the entrant), and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize random drawing, simultaneously. Entries must be received by the 11:59:59 PM ET on the last day of each Monthly Period in order to be entered into that Monthly Period’s random drawing, or by 11:59:59 PM ET on April 30, 2027, to be entered into the final Monthly Period’s and the Grand Prize random drawing.

C. Online Alternate Method of Entry: To enter via this method of entry, without visiting one of the above websites, visit https://getaways.clubwyndham.com/sweepstakes-2027 to find, complete and submit the alternative method of entry form into the Monthly and Grand Prize entry pool, simultaneously. Limit one (1) entry via this method of entry per person per month.

Limit two (2) entries per person/entrant via the Sweepstakes-Only method of entry per Monthly Period (regardless if the entries are via the Sweepstakes-Only Website or online alternative to the Sweepstakes-Only Website, or combination of the two).

Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issue or any other issues relating to Sponsors receipt of the entry, the availability or any technical issues associated with digital format provided by the Sponsor at the Websites, or any other issues associated with an entrant’s ability to submit an entry, including via email, or Sponsor’s receipt of an entry or the ability to Play the Instant Win Game. Limit two (2) entries per person per method of entry (A) and (B) or (C) above, per Monthly Period.

5. Random Drawings:

One (1) Monthly Prize winner will be selected on the Random Drawing dates set forth in the Monthly Entry Period Chart in Official Rule #3 above, via a series of random drawings, each to be conducted by Administrator from among all eligible entries received via the methods of entry in Official Rule # 4. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received in the applicable Monthly Period. Non-winning entries from any Monthly Period WILL NOT roll over to subsequent Monthly Period random drawings. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected by Administrator on or about April 30, 2027, from among all eligible entries received via the methods of entry in Official Rule # 4 (A) and 4 (B) above during the entire Promotion Period. Odds of being the Grand Prize winner depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period.

6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARVs”) –

One (1) Grand Prize – (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one hotel stay to be awarded via seven nights at Wyndham Grand Crete Mirabello Bay, Wyndham Grand Athens or Zeus Eleva Ajul, a Registry Collection Hotel (for King Room ranges from $658-$2,688 depending upon stay dates and availability; taxes and fees included), and a $2,000 Sponsor-specified Airfare Voucher (“Trip”). ARV: $2,658-$4,688, depending upon winner’s point of travel origin and airfare fluctuations at the time of taking the trip. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded. Any remaining amount on the airfare voucher will not be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any airfare value or fees that exceed $2,000.00.

The trip must be taken by 5/31/2028 or will be forfeited and go unawarded. Blackout dates apply 12/25/27 - 1/2/28. Once made, all travel arrangements cannot be modified. It is the Grand Prize winner’s sole responsibility to arrange airfare. Subject to blackout dates and reservations are required for hotel stay. Hotel stay must consist of seven (7) consecutive nights, or winner will forfeit any remaining hotel nights. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the Grand Prize winner’s sole responsibility. Valid credit card is due upon hotel check-in. Winner must each be at least twenty-eight years of age or older unless approved in advance by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. All travel is subject to availability and restrictions. Winner must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. government issued passport) required for travel. Winner must comply with all airlines, CDC regulations, and local government laws, rules and requirements. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and after the Trip. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay. Sponsor is not responsible and will have no liability if the Grand Prize winner is for any reason not permitted to travel by the relevant airport authorities or misses a flight or other travel element. Any unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of Sponsor. Grand Prize is not transferable or substitutable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Period #1 Monthly Prize - 75,000 Wyndham Rewards Points + $250 Travel Credit. ARV: $975.00.

Period #2 Monthly Prize - 150,000 Wyndham Rewards Points + $500 Travel Credit. ARV: $1,950.00.

Period #3 Monthly Prize - 300,000 Wyndham Rewards Points + $1,000 Travel Credit. ARV: $3,900.00.

Period #4 Monthly Prize - 600,000 Wyndham Rewards Points + $2,000 Travel Credit. ARV: $7,800.00.

Period #5 Monthly Prize - 1,200,000 Wyndham Rewards Points + $4,000 Travel Credit. ARV: $15,600.00.

Period #6 Monthly Prize - 2,400,000 Wyndham Rewards Points + $8,000 Travel Credit. ARV: $31,200.00.

1,500 Instant Win Prizes (250 Instant Win Prizes each Monthly Period) - $10.00 Travel Credit. ARV: $10.00 each. Travel credit from Reward Link will be sent to the entrant’s email address used on the entry form.

The total ARV of all prizes in all Entry Pools is $81,113.00.

GENERAL PRIZE TERMS: Any difference between the stated ARV and actual ARV will not be awarded. Winner will receive a code via email to deposit the points in their Wyndham Rewards account. Points will appear in your account immediately. If you are not already a member, you will receive a link to join and then can deposit the points in your account. Winner will have 90 days to deposit the points in their account. Restrictions apply to the maintenance and use of all Wyndham Rewards points; visit WyndhamRewards.com/terms for more information. To learn how you may redeem any Wyndham Rewards points awarded as a part of the prize, visit https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/redeem. Although Wyndham Rewards points typically expire four (4) years after issuance, they can be forfeited earlier. One cause of early forfeiture is account inactivity, i.e., the failure to earn, redeem or transfer points, for a period of 18 consecutive months. Any prize rewards points that remain unredeemed after expiration will be forfeited. Reward Links expire on the date stated on the Reward and are valid within the USA only. Reward Links are issued to Reward Recipient without charge for loyalty, award, or promotional purposes, and are not sold to consumers. Reward can only be redeemed by the Reward Recipient; Reward cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. All redemptions are final. Reward Link balances from different programs cannot be combined. 7. Claiming the Prizes:

In order to receive a Prize, the potential winners may, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, be required to verify their mailing address to Sponsor within 48 hours of being notified via email that they are a winner as described in Official Rule #4 above. Upon receipt of the winner verification response, Administrator may either email or mail the Prize to the winner, or email the Prize winner an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (where legal), along with a W9 tax form, where required (collectively, the “Release Documents”), that the Prize winner is required to complete and submit to Administrator within five (5) business days of Administrator emailing the Release Documents to the potential winner (where applicable). In the event a potential Prize winner fails to return the completed and signed Release Documents within the five (5) day timeframe, that winner forfeits their right to the Prize, and an alternate may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion as set forth in Official Rule #4 above, time permitting. Sponsor is not responsible for email that is not checked or delivered or goes into a SPAM folder, or for lost, late, delayed, misdirected, returned or any technical glitch associated with the emailing the notification, verification or Release Documents. Each potential winner will be notified by Administrator via email, sent to the email address associated with the potential winner’s entry, on or about the day they are selected as a potential winner. Each potential winner must respond to the winner notification message within 48 hours from Administrators sending the email to verify their entry information and eligibility. If any potential winner fails to respond to the initial winner notification within 48 hours, they forfeit their right to be deemed a winner and an alternate winner will be selected randomly from among all remaining eligible entries from the applicable Monthly Period, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Administrator will select up to three (3) alternate winners for each Prize. If, after the initial winner and the three (3) alternates, the Administrator is still unable to verify a potential winner for that applicable Prize, that Prize will not be awarded for that Monthly Period.

8. Participation Conditions/Release/Consent to use Likeness:

By participating, each participant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Promotion; (b) release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including, but not limited to, negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including, but not limited to, invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant's participation in this Promotion, and acceptance or use or misuse of prize; (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to an entrant's participation in the Promotion and/or entrant's acceptance, use or misuse of prize; and (d) allow Sponsor’s use for promotional purposes of his/her likeness, voice and/or address (city/state) without any additional compensation.

9. General Conditions:

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made pandemic or epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the participation process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prize described in these Official Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Limitations of Liability:

The Released Parties as set forth above are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited, to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the participation process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of phone calls; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize.

11. Privacy Policies and Data Collections:

Information provided by you for this Promotion on the entry form is subject to Administrator’s Privacy Policy: www.brandmovers.com/terms-and-conditions; and Sponsor’s privacy policy: https://www.travelandleisureco.com/VOR-privacy-notice as applicable. Sponsor’s supplemental notice to California residents is available at https://www.travelandleisureco.com/VOR-privacy-notice#Toc180441911 . By entering this Promotion, each entrant agrees that the Sponsor and/or Administrator has the right to contact the entrant by phone, direct message, or email accounts provided on the entry form to administer and fulfill this Promotion and, if you opt-in, to provide you with marketing communications in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.

12. Disputes/Governing Law:

Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, other than those concerning the administration of the Promotion or the determination of Winner or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the participation in a Prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of Prizes) shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in Florida under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a single, neutral arbitrator who is a former or retired Florida state or federal court judge with experience in entertainment matters who shall follow Florida law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of Florida. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.

13. NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS:

The prize(s) offered under this Promotion may be considered a “financial incentive” under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (the “CCPA”). Generally, Sponsor does not assign monetary or other value to personal information. However, in the event Sponsor is required by law to assign such value in the context of this Promotion, Sponsor has valued the personal information collected and used as being equal to the value of the possible discount or financial incentive provided and the calculation of the value, in this case, is based upon a practical and good-faith effort involving the expenses associated with offering the incentives. The personal information categories collected may include identifiers such as your name, email address, zip code, mobile number and age range. By registering for and participating in this Promotion, you are opting in to receiving the financial incentive. Participation is entirely voluntary. You may opt in by following the entry or participation instructions provided. You may opt out of the Promotion at any time by cancelling your participation in the Promotion or submitting a request to TandLSweepstakes@brandmovers.com.
