Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Sections

1. Eligibility:

The Club Wyndham Holiday Rewind Suite-Stakes– 2-Night Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 28 years of age or older. Employees of Travel + Leisure Resort Development, Inc., and any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Giveaway and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Entries must be complete to be eligible. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Sponsor:

Travel + Leisure Resort Development, Inc., 501 W. Church St., Orlando, FL 32805.

3. Entering:

The Giveaway will begin on October 26, 2026 and will end on December 7, 2026 (“Giveaway Period"). The Giveaway Period will consist of one (1) drawing date.

To enter, each entrant must register on the Giveaway Website at http://getaways.clubwyndham.com/holiday-rewind by entering their first name, last name, full address, email, age range and phone number. Upon submitting the registration form, the entrant will earn (1) entry into the Grand Prize Entry Pool. Limit of three (3) entries per person during giveaway period.

4. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):

There will be a total of one (1) Grand Prize winner, as set forth in the Chart in Official Rule #3 above. All amounts are represented in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prize is nontransferable. No prize substitutions and prize may not be redeemed for cash. The merchants represented are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with Travel + Leisure Resort Development, Inc. ARV: $1,909.58.

Prize Terms: This Giveaway is for a one-time only 2-night stay from December 18, 2026 through December 20, 2026 for winner and one (1) guest in a one-bedroom suite at Club Wyndham Midtown 45 in New York. Occupancy of room is 2 people. Not applicable for upgrade room types. Travel must be on dates specified. Two-night length of stay required. Cannot be combined with any other offer. All monetary amounts are noted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted. Must be 28 years of age or older to redeem Giveaway. Canceled reservations and no-shows will forfeit prize. Guest is responsible for incidental charges made/accrued onsite and other fees that may include but are not limited to: transportation, airfare, meals, taxes, resort fees, parking, etc. Resort fees and taxes will be collected upon arrival for taxes and other fees. 5. Winning:

One (1) Giveaway winner will be selected from the Entry Pool on the Drawing date listed in the chart in Official Rule #3. The random drawing will be from all eligible entries received up to the drawing time of the random drawing. The winner will be notified via email, sent to the email address associated with the winner’s entry. Winner must claim prize within 3 days of notification. If a prize is unclaimed it will remain unawarded. To receive the prize, Winner must sign an Affidavit of Authorization and Release, which includes consent to use of name, photo, likeness, and city and state of residence by the Sponsor(s) for purposes of advertising, publicity and promotion, without additional compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law. This Affidavit of Authorization and Release must be notarized. Winner is responsible for any income tax or tax withholdings resulting from prize award.

6. Odds of Winning:

The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received in the Entry Pool.

7. General Rules:

Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, terminate or suspend all or portion of this Giveaway should non-authorized human interference, fraud, printing errors, Internet viruses, hackers or other causes beyond the control of the sponsor corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper operation of this Giveaway. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late or illegible entries. Sponsor is not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of prize or participation in this Giveaway. The name of the winner can be obtained after January 8, 2027, by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to Travel + Leisure Resort Development, Inc., c/o Marketing Operations, 501 W. Church St., Orlando, FL 32805.

8. Data Privacy:

The personal information you provide will be collected, used, and disclosed to administer this Giveaway, award the prizes, and, if you opt-in, to provide you with marketing communications in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.travelandleisureco.com/VOR-privacy-notice. 9. NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS:

The prize offered under this Giveaway may be considered a “financial incentive” under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (the “CCPA”). Generally, Sponsor does not assign monetary or other value to personal information. However, in the event Sponsor is required by law to assign such value in the context of this Giveaway, Sponsor has valued the personal information collected and used as being equal to the value of the possible discount or financial incentive provided and the calculation of the value, in this case, is based upon a practical and good-faith effort involving the expenses associated with offering the incentives. The personal information categories collected may include: (i) identifiers such as name, email address, zip code, mobile number, age range; (ii) customer records; (iii) internet activity; and/or (iv) profiles and inferences from any of this information. By registering for and participating in this Giveaway, you are opting in to potentially receiving the financial incentive. Participation is entirely voluntary. You may opt in by following the entry or participation instructions provided. You have the ability to opt out of the Giveaway and any possible financial incentive at any time by cancelling your participation in the Giveaway or submitting a request to TandLsweepstakes@brandmovers.com.
